Our constitution also allows freedom of association, which is also cited as grounds on religious organizations' hiring policies.

If you're going to drag morals into argument, then justify the killing of babies by abortion. Oh, wait, in the eyes of the law they aren't human beings. And in the eyes of the law, the hiring practices of religious organizations are not actionable. Boo hoo for me, boo hoo for you.

The govt already acts in a discriminatory manner by allowing public universities to practice affirmative action. They also give preference to women and minority businesses in government contracts. Discrimination and immorality abound in the law of the land. So work on changing the law if you don't agree with it. Your current argument literally does not have a legal leg to stand on.
