that being:

it is immoral to discriminate and illegal in the USA to do so as a gvt entity or with gvt $$.

SA does discriminate openly and via written policy.

justify the gvt being discriminatory.

it is not at all odd for me to see CC helping non catholics. not all religious orginizations discriminate.
