SA is discriminating, and recieving federal $$.

PP is abiding by the law, and federal policy even if that law is unpopular with some folks (heck, i'll bet that laws against rape aren't too popular with serial rapists (very inflamatory point, but serves well))

now, were PP to deny abortions and birth control to catholics i'd be upset about that too, since it would be discriminatory.

like wise the boyscouts do great things (like teaching kids to put metal tent poles up with high power lines and how to get lost in the wilderness, along with actual useful leadership and team buildign skills) however they discriminate against gays. does that make them bad? not inherently, but as soon as they ask for federal $$ then they must respect all members of the society that is funding them.
