hoods, usually can carry 7 people on 3 rows of seats (Front bucket, 2 person bench or bucket, three person bench), and have almost no cargo space.
SUVs have long hoods, ride higher, have 2 rows of seats, and have cargo space. They usually carry 5 people.
Mini-vans are usually lower to the ground but are the same height or taller than SUVs.
I've never seen a mini-van with 4 rows of seats and only some newer SUVs have 3 rows of seats, which defeats the purpose of SUVs in my opinion (they take up cargo space).
Passenger vans though are alot like mini-vans but are longer, seating up to 15 passengers.
Cargo vans look like mini- and passenger vans except have no seats and sometimes no windows in back. |
