There is the verse that says "whoever is not against us, is for us." If you can respect your parent organization's beliefs, why shouldn't you work there? I've little patience for those who work for Catholic organizations and then gripe that the health plan doesn't cover birth control though. Even though I do not agree with the Church's stance on that, you have to expect that they will hold true to their stance.

The question still remains on how "high up" in an organization can you hire the non-affiliated and still keep your identity. And only that organization can decide that. If enough people get ticked off and donate elsewhere, or the policies impact the charity's effectiveness, the government can put its money elsewhere, too.

I am speaking out against the element who take this and rattle "OMGBUSHIEFUNDIES DONTPUSHYOURMORALSONME WE NEED A GOV'T AGENCY TO WIPE OUR BUMS FOR US."

Basically, I don't want the baby thrown out with the bath water on this issue.
