Refusing to give someone an application for employment is a violation of federal law. This fellow did not ask for a job application. Instead, he went into a clinic and gave unsolicited medical advice to patients waiting there. Completely separate issue.
Addressing that issue, they had every right to demand that he leave. They were, perhaps, more enthusiastic in that demand than was warranted, but not knowing this man (for all we know, he had a long history of harassment at the clinic and it was only *today* that he wasn't verbally asked to leave, for instance), I honestly couldn't say one way or the other. |
