Having someone pee in the soup is indeed nasty, and can make you sick. If I decide to "take my time" to fix a system that is down, it may cost your company a LOT of money (hundreds of thousands of dollars) due to lost production time. The moral: Be nice to your tech, he holds your company's fate in his headset.
