I have those about twice a year. Mine is always the same type of thing - I "wake up" in my dream and go to class - usually my high school grade 12 Math class (which is odd, because I liked that class and did well in it) or a uni level class where I show up and the "big essay" is due - and it was a group project, but somehow apparently I promised to do it all, and then never did it. For whatever reason, in my dream, no one ever seems to say "hey where were you all semester" - it's almost like my body was there all semester but my consciousness wasn't... I hate those dreams.
