because it's got a persisting irrational fear that you're going to mess up some important part of your life and FAIL What's so irrational about that? I can think of many times where I thought "well it could never get that bad" and then it did. Anyway, yeah, it's some kind of manifestation of stress thing. And many people have that dream, and many have it years after school. (I'm the only person I know who had it before starting school.) It's definitely an archetype.
