*envies you a bit for getting sunglasses so cheap*
last time I bought glasses I payed about 100 euros for the normal glasses, not bi-focal, but quite thick. and more than 200 Euros for my sunglasses. Frames costed only a small part of the prices.
I got my sentence a bit wrong. What I meant was: if you bought normal metal frames, it would be cheaper than the flexible frames.
I have only a normal metal frame, and it costet me about 50 Euros or less when I bought it. My mother has a very flexible titan frame and hers costed way more than mine. But you can make a knot in her glasses without any damage :)
another question: why do you say frames for your glasses? I would have used just the singular, frame.
