I'm not sure about the price (since I'm far away from you and can't handle local prices), the machine itself seems good for cost. Make sure there's enough ventilation in it (put another 80mm fan in bottom front directly at the harddisk bay to increase air throughput, I'd think for the minimum) as this CPU generates lot of heat.

One thing is strange, though...

- CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3700+ Processor

- Chipset: The Viper K8M8MS motherboard is based on the Via K8M800 Northbridge chipset and Via VT8237. It supports AMD Athlon 64 up to 3200+ and 3400+ Processors, with 800MHz Front Side Bus.

Maybe you should have a look at some specs first...
