4 day tour. Duh by Cokish 2005-10-06 04:28:14
After the conference I relaxed 1 day in melbourne, then did a
4 day tour from melbourne, gibsland, snowy mountains, canberra, (etc) to Sydney.
Can't remember all the names, but I have the brochure ! :-).
Then I did 1 day Sydney, but I was tired and it was raining
so I saw only a few places during that day.
next day I flew fly back to melbourne and relaxed some more.
after which I did the (one day) Ocean Road tour.

So that woz my 8 days in oz.

Way to short and the stories about the north made me interested
in going there.
This I will do maybe in a year or 2 from now.

But yes it was really fun.

Strange country. Some thing very familiar (Very British/Europian) but sometimes also very weird, like the nature, animals (I heard the billabong doing boing, boing, boing).

Also hearing the coockaburra was weird as I know the sound
from the movies, but this bird is only local in Oz !
