At best I can only offer general observations. No one else is living your life exactly as it is, so you're the best authority on your own experience.

Having said that I've picked up some hard-earned scars over the years from dealing with people and have discovered that maintaining a broad perspective makes life a whole lot more manageable. YMMV, and I hope you prevail in your current difficulties.
