I post here mainly because you learn nothing by preaching to the choir. It also gives me much needed practice in learning to smile and stay civilized when I see hear something that makes my blood pressure spike- useful in a high people-contact occupation.

You would think I would've gotten more of that at the small liberal arts school my parents paid through the nose for, but no. The deans and the department heads were not nearly so evenhanded as the mods here.

The arguments can sometimes make me bang my head against the wall, but hey, no pain, no gain. :) And there are no sharp implements here, as contrasted to the dinner table!
