has extra crap that you have to get rid of on home machines. And, at least with my last Dell experience (at work, of course), they only provided expedited shipping at no cost (originally, shipping was free but there was a "handling" charge of $150) after I told Boss to demand to be escalated to the next tier up until the higher-ups just said "Yeah, whatever! Don't bug me!" and caved in.

I'm not sure about the accent because I wasn't actuall yon the phone with the rep.
