who are qualified for politically appointed positions? It seems that agreeing with GWB is far more important than any amount of relevant experience or other signs of capability. What qualifies Harriett Miers for a position on the Supreme Court? Well, she's 'doing a heck of a job', and Bush will 'stand by his friends'. <sarcasm>That should be enough for anybody!</sarcasm>
