Keep in mind that:

A) They haven't actually fixed it yet; wait until the final report
B) My notebook is a corporate model, so they're giving me the same treatment they would a business that might order several machines from them at once; 3-year next-day on-site parts and labor warranty does not, to my knowledge, come standard on home models (and purchasing it separately would probably bring the price up to that of a corporate model...)

That said, you'll receive my final report as soon as this incident is concluded.
