ATTN: esbita RE: HP on-site support by jmaxsohmer 2005-10-04 10:28:01
I got a message from the HP tech during my Dinosaurs class - he has a new display ready to install in my computer and wants to set up an appointment with me. I got his voicemail when I called him back, but since it's unlikely he could get here in time to fix it before my next class today that's alright - as long as it gets fixed by tomorrow. After all, it's my schedule that's restricting it and not his. Besides, if he's going to replace my entire display I'm not going to complain :-)

And this is after no negotiation with him whatsoever... so now I'm in a pretty good mood. I will, of course, make sure that he has the correct display - 15.4-inch color TFT WUXGA with Wide Viewing Angle and native resolution of 1920x1200...

/me is happy.
