going to ISPs and asking questions if they have a username and what, exactly, she was apparently downloading. Or does the ISP store that much information? Really, I have no idea but I'm quite curious to find out. As for the bit about her being disabled - I also find that really odd. Maybe it's trying to elicit further sympathy. I also wonder about her kids. I guess they could be 20 years old and not living at home. Or they might be 5 years old. They really don't even say if there is one or two or more kids and why they aren't being looked at for the downloading. All told, it's a rather disappointing reporting job.
