about my anxiety attacks. Mine are weird, forming in my throat and making it hard to swallow and breath. I get them alot because of the stress in my life. After seeing three doctors (and getting back different results that might have also contributed to the attacks) I finally had one who gave me my answer. All other results were "well, you have this, but it shouldn't cause your throat to close up".
Draw back is my family will watch me from time to time. They know when I have an attack because I get quiet and put my hand near my throat.
Anxiety attacks are no fun. Let her know what is going on. There are alot of factors for anxiety attacks, and I think there is help for them. (i'm too poor to afford any medicine, but i think there is some out there)
Good luck,
