No to say that I agree in any way shape or form with the RIAA, but I think that the lady's lawyer should at least look into the facts of the accusation. Also to the Register the headkine states "Disabled woman sues RIAA" Well if her disability is such an important part of the story that it makes the headline, shouldn't they say something about that in the story? all it says about her is that she is a single mother (Gee you think that on of the kids could have downloaded/shared the gansta rap?). Perhaps her ISP disabled her account, hence the register can call her disabed. |
