| Turns out DMV did, in fact, have my truck registered. For some reason, however, they didn't send me a) registration for the truck, b) a renewel notice when my tags were about to expire. So they were very expired. The lady at the counter couldn't explain why they never mailed me the stuff so she didn't give me too much grief about having tags that expired last.... wait for it ....February. Yep. I've been driving around for just over seven months with dead tags and only noticed recently. How I didn't get pulled over is beyond me. Now I just have to get an inspection. |
