is about three years ago, we had ants, lots and lots of ants. Not in the house, thankfully, but they were tunnelling in the sand behind one of our retaining walls. I called a couple exterminators, who quoted more than a couple hundred dollars per visit, plus repeated visits. Before committing, I checked around online, and found these packets of stuff for like $15. So I tried them. It not only completely wiped out that colony, but two more that we found elsewhere later that year and next.
I was hoping there was something similar for wasps -- cheap, easy, and effective. I haven't found anything yet. Granted, this isn't exactly the same problem... |
