that she can't possibly make these things for everyone. Recipes posted here can be enjoyed by folks all around the world - more people than she could ever possibly feed by herself. I assume that she, like most good cooks, enjoys seeing folks enjoy her efforts in the kitchen. Since she can't cook for all of us, the next best thing is to share the recipe so that we can enjoy her food even if she isn't here (wherever) to fix it for us. And if it won't get you in trouble with her, give her a big hug and a hearty "Thank you" from me for the soup recipe.
