                    The main problem is by Pic 2005-09-12 18:41:55
that both Yohimbe and Kickstart have work to do (and lots of it), so the only stuff they have -time- to do is security related stuff. And updating something like ARS isn't as simple as just applying a patch and off you go, it requires that you restart apache, which isn't exactly popular 'round here. =)
