Webpage help needed (divs specifically). by shorty82 2006-11-19 12:55:59
I am the webmaster for my university's Break The Silence group.

The uni's web club has created the basic pages. These pages use tables for layout and I'd rather use divs. I've started doing this but have run into an obstacle.

I want the page to look like this page, which uses tables. Instead it looks like this.

What do I need to do to my CSS to make the layout correct?

Also, when I open the page up in Dreamweaver it looks all screwed up. The content overlaps badly. Any idea as to why?
