lack of uninhabited valleys with large flow of water. Not saying they aren't good, Of course living in AZ, we happen to have a large hydroelectric dam around here somewhere. Ever heard of it:D We also have a nuclear power plant fairly close to here too.

Then you have the enviro nuts talking about disturbing the natural habitat of the freshwater hufferfish or some such. Or flooding the homes of the fluffy bumble beasts.

Then again in CA you also have the random ground shaking wildly to contend with.
