Testimonial : esbita's soup recipe by tully 2006-11-19 12:55:59
Yesterday I made esbita's Broccoli-Cheddar soup for my family's dinner. Great stuff, that! I did deviate slightly from the posted instructions in that I added the cayenne after the wine. I put it in a little at the time, stirred and tasted - didn't want to make it too hot for my grandkids. I could have stopped and eaten it at that point it was so delicious, but I already had the rest of the ingredients preped and waiting, so I continued on. I didn't mess with the recipe otherwise, but I did try a few drops of worcestershire in my second bowl - good!
