...had a local radio station playing. Which was cool because the music was good, but it was funny to hear the DJ talking about the competitor next door while on hold to MY Opt's office... I told the receptionist (the Opt's wife) when she came on the line, and she did NOT sound too happy about it. There was cheesy canned muzACK the next time I called... blegh
