Obviously, water is essential to resolving most ailments, including migraines, PMS, and dandruff.
Caffeine response is one of the hallmarks of migraines. If they respond to caffeine, they're almost certainly migraine (though clearly, some respond negatively to caffeine). The exception would probably be someone whose body didn't respond to caffeine at all and who also suffered from migraines. That would kind of suck, though I lived that way for many years.
It sounds like to cure your headache, you took three different medications, drank warm water, and waited a few hours? I'm not really sure that's a cure. If I take three medications for a headache and drink lots of water, my headache should be gone within 45 minutes.
But then, if I have a headache that lasts more than 3-4 hours of normal hydration, it's a migraine, and even 45 minutes of waiting is torment. |
