but their desktop support sucks rocks. My old company had a lot of Dell desktops and anytime I called their support center they would send some flunky that had an A+ cert that didn't know what to do when he encountered two Hard drives in a box and it would not boot to windows because he had left the replacement slave HDD set as master. The same tech left the building with the cable for the CD rom and DVD-RW drives and told me everything was working properly and that he had even burned a cd... to test the drive out. I actually CHASED HIM DOWN in the parking lot when I walked in to the Presidents office and the case was still open and the drive cable was gone. I had him call his boss on his cell phone right there and read him the riot act and then told him that I had better have a tech out there the next day with all of the correct parts that could tech his way out of a wet tissue or I would send the pc directly in to Dell support per my agreement with our rep from the last 4 times similar things had happened.
