I think someone posted them here a while back, but Ive had them lying around for ages

pilot "No4 engine missing"
Engineer "After extensive searching, No4 engine found on left wing"

pilot "Altitude control produces 400fpm descent"
Engineer "Cannot reproduce effect on ground"

pilot "Airplane flys funny"
Engineer "Airplane told to straighten up and fly sensibly"

pilot "Evedence of hydrolics leak on left main undercarraige"
Engineer "Evidence removed"
