They had BIG problems with support from there. I had a similar experiences trying to get an order from them as well. I ended up getting a double shipment of a camera - so I can't complain too much - even though it caused my blood pressure to rise considerably. When I have to call15 times to get something that they screwed up resolved and half of those calls didn't get reported to the other half (India support vs US support) I got extremely agitated. Luckily we have a Dell Engineer at my job site and once I got him involved - after 12 calls, things magically started to work out better.
