I've got both professional and civilian experience with Dell spanning the last ten years. I would never buy anything BUT a Dell, just based on their technical support. That, and they make a d4 fine machine, too. MUCH better than the other major names out there. That is, of course, MHO, but I think it's pretty accurate, based on many others' experiences, too.
