and business user puts them in very good light. Had the graphics card go on a friends computer so I checked it out and decided it was beyond my ability so I called Dell, 2 days later they turned up with a brand new card swapped it over and that was that. As a business user, well Cwmbran council only uses Dells and if something goes wrong with the hardware on a PC they'll replace the whole PC, even send the new PC before taking the old. No complaints from me!
