But they sit well above the Jap-cars.
From memory, the maximum power that a Front wheel drive car can transit to the ground is 280Kw(?)
and SAAB make a fwd saloon that develops 300 at the wheels.
(numbers probably wrong, but you get the idea)
Audi is similar, Allmost half the cars they sell are the supposedly premium Quatro versions.
they may not be the fastsest or somethest road cars. but they keep up even in the worst conditions. |
