I'm so much tempted to do that when "they" are blocking all others wh 'd like to pass (or park)
But somehow, I never dare give in to the temptation. It cannot be difficult: unscrew three tire plug caps, push down the valve and block with a match ... will they EVER park there again?

But they may report "vandalism" ... or not: IF they call the police, they risk being fined for "dangerous behaviour" and the brussels police "has other stuff to do than chase naughty kids"
