Calculus help on a trigonometric integral? by Esteis2005-09-12 02:02:40
Suggestion: rewrite to complex exponentials by ttlogic 2005-09-12 02:14:14
I generally sucked at trigonometric functions, until I learned they can be converted to complex exponentials.
I Wish they'd given a short introduction to complex exponentials at highschool. Then I'd have been able to accurately derive all those functions instead of just learning them by heart.
(Just in case you should ask: I'm still from a generation where we weren't allowed a page with formulas on our highschool exams. Nor a graphical calculator.)
