No, I don't mean "What do you like most about your mother's cooking or your SO's cooking. I mean, what do you like most about cooking? When YOU cook, what do you like the most about the expierence?

For me, it's creating new things without the encumberment of cookbooks or precise measurements. The feeling that I'm creating something TOTALLY unique (because if I'm not sure exactly how much basil and rosemary I put in the sauce, I doubt anyone else will be able to duplicate it either). :)
