that I had to do year 2000 conversions on, get this... it was embedded in a Access database. I mean talk about braindead, a large, rather important app as VBA in a access db? *twitch twitch*

That's one of the prime reasons I loathe VBA. VB on the other hand, i'm quite fine with, but I at least realize it's limitations, unlike some i've seen (in person, none on the board that I can remember)
