| There was a land bridge that extended 1/3 of the way out from both sides of the lake. The last 1/3 was spanned with a bridge. All the camp grounds were across the bridge from the side with road access...naturally the chow-hall and major buildings were on the side with the road (across the lake.) Needless to say, guess what we saw pretty much every time we wanted to get across to chow? Yup, had to call the scoutmasters to remove them (had two that were very well versed in serpentology (i believe thats the name of the field?) |
