If you want a hotel that has a kitchen in the room, try Candlewood Suites (link by removing the space and adding a www and a .com). To try to find one in that area, either find a big city in VA near your desired location or put washington as the city and DC as the state (if it's near DC).

I always try to stay at a Candlewood if I can find one.
