More horizontal rule and CSS help needed. by shorty82 2006-11-19 12:55:59

khendron's suggestion worked to fix the problem I had then.

It looks just fine in Firefox and Opera but in IE the horizontal rules touch or maybe even overlap the image instead of being spaced away from the image a little bit. Links to a sample page and its stylesheet are in the link above.

How do I fix this, hopefully without meesing up how it looks in Firefox and Opera to much?
