jack..have had SBC out already and they determined the filters were going bad for some reason...bangs head on desk again... have troubles in this house with electic current surges, knew it about the 110v circuits, but didn't think the phone line current would surge as such either.. will try it out and see how long it lasts like this, sucks that I'm down to 1 phone right now til I get more filters...
