ships and choppers, both cancelled at a cost of almost a billion dollars total in penalties, only for the projects to be re-started later, at a higher cost, once it became aparent the forces were falling apart.
take a look at the disperaty between taxes coming out of quebec and ontario, and taxes going back into quebec and ontario.
