I doubt it's a new idea, but... opine :)

I like the demonstration of the complete separation of content and design, and it may keep people clicking around a site (any thoughts on that?) Of course the lack of consistency creates usability issues. (maybe some way of locking a certain style/ choosing a style would be useful?)
