outfit. Blackwater at least has a decent reputation amongst our fighting force.

Additionally, that article feels way too reactionary to take seriously. Maybe there are grains of truth in there, but it looks a lot like the same stuff GWB uses to fire up the "patriots" when his ratings are failing.

I'm interested in what DR66 pulls up with his personal contact, though I'd rather see an unbiased analysis of Blackwater's role in NO in another article.

I agree with kelli217 for the most part; I can definitely see them pulling heavy security for large corporate types and installations. As for law-enforcement, maybe the NG and military should be handling it, but we don't seem to have a lot of them at home at the moment.

Just my rambling thoughts..
