There's nothing hard-edged about me, I'm more or less centrist. I lean to the right when it comes to responsibility and to the left when it comes to freedom. Example: give blackwater the contract and let them do their jobs. Those who behave inappropriately get the normal ammount of punishment plus X ammount of years in jail for abusing the power given to them. Give them the freedom to operate and show them some trust. If they fail in their responsibility, hammer 'em.

As for the "help" bit, I can't help you. If you can't tell that the article is biased and clueless, it's due to lack of experience. I can't offer articles that tell a more balanced story because these companies rarely get written about, and when they do the info is usualy incorrect. I wish I could do better than saying "here is my experience, it's better than what you're reading", but I can't.

Although if you wish you can go to any military forum and ask about them. If simple numbers will convince you, then you should have no problem getting confirmation there.
