moments.
Walking home from work tonight, and the northern lights were pretty clear. Then, we got about half way home, and the most amaing thing I've ever seen happened. They got really REALLY bright, moreso than I've ever seen or heard of in my life, and the light touched down low (looked like it was only ~15 ft off the ground), and looked like a bird. We must've stood out in that parking lot for fifteen minutes watching in awe. I've never seen them so bright... It was as bright as a clear moon in some spots, glowing purple and bright green. |
