Just watched Sin City by Illiad 2005-08-16 23:54:26
Ye gods almighty. This has to be the first truly successful effort to bring a comic to the big screen...while keeping entirely true to the graphic novel!

The casting was terrific and the stories told were so true to Miller's work that it nearly brought a tear to my eye. :) I've been a fan of Miller's remarkable art for over a decade, and in particular Sin City!

Brilliantly done. It also wasn't too hard to watch Jessica Alba writhe around as Nancy the exotic dancer. Yee-hah. ;)
